This was a very hard audiobook to go through

This was a perfect description of my last relationship and felt like looking in the mirror. It was very hard for me to listen this audio book.
Made several pauses and cried a lot.
It was the hard truth I needed to hear and yet need to accept. Listen from someone else is always impactful.
