Very Helpful
This is the best program for anxiety that I have used. I have tried many of them. It's really interesting listening to him explain what is happening in the body and mind when you experience anxiety. Great Book
This is a very good audiobook to listen to if you tend to get anxious or are going through a time of anxiety. The author first explains the origins of anxiety and that understanding is very helpful in gaining control. Exactly What I Wanted
If you thought you already knew what hypnosis is because you have seen or heard of those shows where a hypnotist makes people do silly things, then this book is for you. It is very informative. I learned so much about hypnosis that I didn't know before. I didn't know there were different types of hypnosis. I didn't know one could therapeutically use hypnosis on oneself. Great overview of hypnosis! This short and concise book provides a surprisingly clear and detailed overview of hyponis, including its effects, the myths surrounding it - and most importantly I would say - how you can use it yourself to get more out of life!
