Each track was written and narrated by guided imagery and holistic health expert Belleruth Naparstek and scored to the exquisite, calming music of Steven Mark Kohn, whose music is composed precisely to meet the challenges of extreme anxiety, phobia and panic attack.

So soothing

HELPED TREMENDOUSLY WITH PANIC ATTACKS

I discovered this in the midst of dealing with a series of panic attacks. It was enormously helpful and still help to this day when I am feeling really anxious. Belleruth's voice is calming and gentle and the instructions are simple and powerful.

Works every time.

A psychologist recommended this to me many years ago. Had it on CD, but no longer have a CD player. Glad I finally found again. Her voice is so relaxing I fall asleep every time which is what I need.

Grateful

A remedy for anxiety attacks and her soothing voice helps me to relax and realize I can overcome my fears!
I usually think to much or lack in self care brings on my attacks!
