Good basic advice

Would you consider the audio edition of Hug Your Customers to be better than the print version?

No. Narrator's voice was raspy and hard to listen to for any length of time. Good enthusiasm tho.

What did you like best about this story?

Very practical advice. Terrific real-life stories to elaborate on main points.

How could the performance have been better?

Different narrator.

Not really.

Probably could have been a tad shorter. The content began repeating itself toward the end.

Wonderful

I think this is super important to read for anyone doing anything. But like all true things in life, it’s simple but it’s not easy. This takes a certain kind of attitude and openness but a right one. Treating each other as humans, as complicated individuals that we all are.

great book thoroughly enjoyed it

this is an excellent book filled with tremendous ideas on building a customer focused organization. I especially appreciated the authenticity of Jack reading his own book and hearing his passion for his culture come through. high recommend!

Must read for any business owner - and their teams!

I was so impressed by Jack’s story and how it could relate to any business, not just retail. Should be required for any owner and their teams. This takes customer service to a whole new level bringing culture and finances right along with it.
