Good, not Great.

This book is a good introduction into real estate and sales. It covers a little bit of everything, but not a lot of anything. I listened to the entire book and I can't distill anything that I really learned. This is a good reminder of principles, but it isn't anything you (probably) haven't already heard.

I don’t normally write reviews but thought I needed to. This was a great audiobook and gave great insight into his CORE (client oriented real Estate). Very educational and worth the read (or listen to in this case). would highly recommend.

best real estate book I've ever heard.

Each book I've picked up to sharpen my skills are all the same old crappy techniques that goes against my natural inclinations. How to be a great real estate agent takes the whole approach to selling and makes it all about the client. It was refreshing to hear something different for a change. Well done Joe Rand. You've got a new fan.

Fantastic audiobook... some great, useable advice

Have listened to more than 20 Audiobooks on Real Estate and Services Marketing and this was the best. Compelling content, very well written and useful.
