I love this book. I waited a long time for this equal and I'm so glad that it is finally out.

Perfect follow up to book one. Hoping there will be a book three. And it will be equally as good.

I wish there were another dozen books to follow the 2 she has already written.

I waited years and years for the second book and was ecstatic to read and listen. There is so much to love in this series. There is so much more magic for Nora to learn. There is so much more for Aruendiel to remember. Donne has so much more to teach us, as does Austin. Ms. Cory Barker, please continue.

As for the end of this book: It is perfect.
“All joys are due to thee,
All souls unbodied, bodies uncloth’d must be,
To taste whole joys.”

I finished both books in 48 hours! It can not possibly end there so abruptly. There’s too much left to be said. 😔

Book 1, Book 2, and Book 3?

I enjoyed listening to Book 1 and Book 2 gave me hours of interesting entertainment, particularly ridding herself of the dragon husband. The ending personified all that is good in the World. Now we wait for Book3, the life of the Magician and his wife, Nora!

The first book I kept finding myself wondering what happened to Nora, like she is an old friend I just couldn’t forget. This brought me to look for other books and I found there was a continuation coming out. I still feel
Like I never want to lose touch with this story and I will always wonder how their happily ever after happens.

Another magical adventure!

This was definitely an unexpected follow-up to the first book but I really enjoyed it. The writer is wonderful at weaving a unique magical world of enchantment.

I loved the first book and was dying for the second to come out. these stories are remarkable!

I kept listening but

It didn’t get any more interesting than 3 stars. I was multitasking by doing house chores which is the only reason I was able to stick with it for blocks of time. I thought the story had potential but never resolved disjointed segments that weren’t tied together for me.
