Very Useful

As I was browsing to look for good books to read. I found this book. When I listened the audio, it was so clear and easy to understand. I got so interested to know more about this overthinking stuff, so, I read it more and that’s when I’ve learned so much from this book. It’s very useful for me because I think too much that leads me to certain stress. This book helps me to lessen my stress and thinking too much. You should read this too!

wow!

Being an adult is never easy because you have a lot of things to handle, and most of the times it causes stress. When my friend suggested this book to me, I refused because I'm not a fan of reading books. Yet she said that I don't have to read it and I only need to listen, so I immediately find this one and purchase. All I can say is that this book is awesome!!! It really helps me to manage my stress.

I read few books written by Mike Mitchell and I do love his approach to empower people to take action on their problem. I must say that this book is also one of his greatest book. It helped me to cope with this problem I have which is overthinking. Thanks Mike!

Absolutely horrible

The material was too basic, and the suggestions were extremely limited. No new insight here.

This is the book!!!

I had read a lot of books and those books didn't help me, really. But this book is different from all of those, it's short but I can't believe that it has tons of interesting information. For now, I am hoping that this will also help me manage my stress, though it's not that difficult coz the tips found in this book are easy to follow as long as you have determination.

not just an average book

When you look at the length of this book you might think that this is too short to contain all the details you need. But guys, trust me this is better than those lengthy books out there. I already listened to this and yes, this book has it all.

much better on audible

I'm happy that I have an audio version of this book. Though the content is just all the same in audio and written, what makes it different is the delivery of the message. I love the audio version maybe because Dave Wright has the skills to deliver the details well and a persuading approach.

short yet very informative

An intellectual but approachable book. it does not only gives you the background about overthinking but it also provides effective steps and advice to overcome it.
