What Customers Are Saying about This Book on Amazon:
Lindsy - So Tired of Being Jealous - This Book Helped
"I am amazed at how quickly I started feeling better as I was reading this book. It's a short read but packed with excellent information about jealousy. I started implementing some of the tips on how to stop being jealous right away and felt relief from the negative feelings I've been dealing with for the past two weeks. I've been so afraid of losing my partner that I've been pushing too hard in the relationship. This book helped me see how I need to back off. This book has inspired hope for change within me. I am glad I found this Kindle book about jealousy. This is an excellent read and well worth the little that it costs."
Jamie - Helped Me Overcome My Jealousy
"This book really breaks down the reasons for possibly being jealous of your partner. That horrible emotion, often times a creature that wells up against our will, is something that needs to be tamed if any relationship is to survive. I know I had to. My relationship was too important for me to destroy through my jealousy. This book helped me realize the roots of that emotion inside myself and heal it. It's a short book, but it gives the information with no fluff. All meat. Great book. Can't recommend it enough!"
Stephanie - Keeping Jealousy Away
"I love the advice given in this guide. While I don't suffer from jealously too often, this guide just has some seriously good advice on how to keep your cool and deal with the people around you. You can give this advice to others in times of tension and come out looking like a bit of a hero!"

For Men
Would you consider the audio edition of How to Not Be Jealous to be better than the print version?
Of course. Reading an actual book for me is boring. I do not learn near as much because I'm a visual, and auditory learner.
Who was your favorite character and why?
N/A
Which scene was your favorite?
N/A
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Any additional comments?
The book provides powerful insights, to include red flags which I believe are considered norms in our society today. This book should be a powerful tool for any man attempting to win the wrestling match against his own feelings that, as I know all to well, sometimes rage out of control.

Some good points
What about Jordy Christo’s performance did you like?
Clearly read and not an annoying accent. Well narrated as if they are speaking to you.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I think this book would be good to listen to in several short sittings, so you can absorb the information.
Any additional comments?
While I didn't agree with all the tips in this book, there are 100 of them, so there will be something that resonates with everyone. It's good to be reminded what is and isn't acceptable behaviour once in a while, and to learn how to communicate with our partners better. Jealousy is one of the worst traits and can ruin the best of relationships, so if you can get a grip on it with the help of these tips, then it's been worth a listen. There's plenty of advice and some insight into why you feel jealous in the first place. A good length audiobook that is clearly narrated and fast paced.

Calm down, don't be jealous!
Would you listen to How to Not Be Jealous again? Why?
Yes, it has many pointers that are worthwhile and relate to different circumstances and situations.
Who was your favorite character and why?
There were no characters.
What does Jordy Christo bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
The narrator helps make the story more personable, especially when he is talking about hypothetical situations.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from How to Not Be Jealous?
I think I will want to remember to not get sidetracked in my own actions, and worry about being in harmony with my partner.
Any additional comments?
Everyone is a little jealous sometimes, but if you can't trust your spouse or mate, that is something different. Check this book out to see if you need to move on or if you will be able to control your jealousy.

Ok
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
It was short and sweet, some of it is just very, duh. But sometimes you just need to hear it, over and over and over haha.
Would you recommend How to Not Be Jealous to your friends? Why or why not?
Maybe, depends on the person
What three words best describe Jordy Christo’s voice?
It was good but a little choppy. Still doesnt bother me, I'd listen to him again
Did How to Not Be Jealous inspire you to do anything?
Not really, I like explanations, this was literally a list
Any additional comments?
I will listen to it again just to go over it, short and to the point.

It’s ok
I teach classes on jealousy and emotional intelligence and was looking at this book for a couple of new ideas. In that regard it delivered, however if you have done any sort of delving into jealous issues and self improvement then this is all a repeat. I also felt the inference that this is a monogamous only world was a little assumption. As a polyamorous educator and oriented individual it was a little off putting. There are a couple of toxic practices listed as suggestions that are more controlling than healthy. The book contradicts itself a few times too - “don’t let your partner flirt with others” vs “you can’t control another person”. It’s a quick listen and for the price if you only get 1 idea out if it it’s worth it but I suspect most people will find many more than that.

It's not a one-way thing
While most of this book focuses on how to get past feelings of jealousy, I was especially happy to hear about when jealousy is justified, and how it can even be healthy in some ways.
Not every tip is going to be right for every relationship, but it covers a broad enough area. If you're someone who is harming your relationships with intense jealousy and paranoia, you'll surely find something to help you.
