every chapter seemed the same, jealousy isn't easy to change, I was looking for more relative ideas.

it was wordy and repetitive. less about jealousy and more on help dealing with. also from a non traditional status LGBTQ. To be clear I'm a 50ish hetero male. I don't think that the weaker partner (mostly female) was as empowered as the status quo dominant.
