Very helpful and supportive
Listening to this book really helped me start to process the loss of my relationship. I’ve been so sad and depressed, and just sitting with my feelings; kind of stuck. Listening to this book helped me understand the process that I need to go through and the things that I can do to take care of myself and get through it.

A Helpful Guide for Moving On
I will share this book with my daughter. It is exactly what she needs to start healing after her tough breakup. The advice is practical, easy to follow, and helps you healthily process emotions. I appreciated the focus on self-care, resilience, and rebuilding confidence instead of “getting over it.” It felt like having a supportive friend guiding me through the hardest parts. If you're struggling to move forward, this book is a great resource to help you heal and grow.

Finding Strength in Heartbreak
This audiobook isn't a sweet pep talk or a promise of instant recovery. It's a pragmatic guide for navigating the messy, often agonizing terrain of heartbreak with an emphasis on inner resilience and self-discovery. It's not about erasing the pain; it's about using it as fuel for growth, transforming a deeply negative experience into a profound opportunity for personal evolution. The techniques offered, ranging from letting go to reframing the experience, focus on long-term healing rather than quick fixes. For anyone grappling with the aftermath of a broken relationship, this audiobook proves to be invaluable. It's a source of strength that guides you toward emerging stronger, wiser, and more self-assured than before.

Exactly What I Needed After a Rough Breakup
This audiobook was like having a supportive friend talk me through the mess of emotions after my breakup. The part about turning pain into personal growth really hit home—I realized I was stuck in a cycle of blaming myself, and this helped me shift my focus to what I actually want for my future. The section on letting go of resentment was also something I needed to hear, and I even shared it with my sister, who went through a divorce last year. It’s not just about “moving on,” but about understanding yourself better and coming out of heartbreak feeling stronger. The tone felt comforting but also gave me the push I needed to stop dwelling and start rebuilding.

Can We Tell Ourselves It Gets Easier?
When I look back on my life and the relationships I have been in, some ended well, others didn't, some I ended, and some I didn't. It was never easy, no matter what the specifics of the breakup were. This book could have helped me over the years, and I hope I won't go through another breakup. I will, however, share the book with others though. You can tell that the author has walked the walk. The book has valuable suggestions on coping habits that help to build confidence. Some of the book's highlights are not dwelling on the pain but instead self-reflection, personal growth, and keeping your emotions in check. Very Helpful and Good Resource!

It’s gentle and supportive
I listened to this audiobook after going through a tough breakup, and it was exactly what I needed. At first, I wasn’t sure if an audiobook could really help, but it felt like a supportive friend was talking to me the whole time. The narrator’s voice was calm and comforting, which made it easy to listen to, even when I was feeling down. If you’re going through a breakup, I highly recommend this audiobook. It’s gentle, supportive, and gives you the strength to believe that things will get better.
