Unique book for healing from heartbreak

I'm so glad I read this book! Diana does a great job of breaking down the process of cultivating self-love into easy to understand steps. Right away, I felt empowered to start my journey of self-awareness. By exploring how past experiences have shaped my views of myself, I've gained insight into why I've struggled with feelings of unworthiness at times. Diana's guidance on self-acceptance has really helped me appreciate all that makes me uniquely me. I especially love the "Happy Every Day" method - it's taught me how my energy and thoughts impact my happiness. Working on raising my vibration through reflection and chakra practices has left me feeling more confident and at peace. I'm so grateful Diana holds my hand throughout with her wonderful links and community support. I'll be cherishing this book for many rereads to come!

I will listen to this more than once!!

I really enjoyed this book, How to Do Self-Love, by Diana Mikas, and I have to say that this author does a fantastic job of explaining, in a step-by-step fashion, how to accept and like/love yourself. Of particular importance is the explanation that the author gives on examining my inward thoughts of what I think about myself and how I can change that to have a better self-image. The author did a really good job of explaining both the religious aspects and the neuroscience aspects of how the brain works and how we bridge the two together. I think this is a book that I will listen to many more times, and I highly recommend it to anyone who possibly suffers from low self-confidence/self-esteem.

Very helpful information

The audio mentions that statistics stay that women have less self-confidence. The problem is a society with incorrect perceptions injected into people’s brains through false media/advertising playing a huge role in how women see themselves. There is too much pressure on women to be physically ‘perfect’. We are all unique and perfect and we need to start accepting ourselves the way we are and block all that false media advertising around. This audiobook will help you think positively about yourself and start loving yourself and block all that negativity embedded in us.

Great Book.

My outlook on life has completely changed as a result of reading this book. I found myself having a lot of difficulties mastering the skill of loving and accepting oneself. I can't say enough good things about this book, and I highly suggest it to anybody who is having trouble accepting themselves and fully expressing their true authenticity.

Grateful for Love

I am do grateful that I can rely on God's love no matter what but it is nice to fins a book that so thoroughly explores the aspects of learning to love who you are as you are. Very well written!

Easy to follow steps that seem attainable

I would highly recommend this book if you want to learn about self-love and what that means to you. Diana goes through such relatable stories and examples that it is easy to follow and really makes it easy to understand what self-love is and how you might have been doing it wrong. A must-read to create a better life where you love yourself and have better confidence in everything you do.

My only complaint is how slow the reading is, but luckily you can speed it up so it doesn't feel unnaturally slow.
