This audiobook does a great job of covering the basics of commercial real estate investing, differences with residential real estate, common errors of beginners, risks involved in real estate investing, lessons learned from the pros, skills required for success, finding the right property, making offers, negotiating deals, getting financing and managing the property. The information is robust and covers pretty much every aspect of the business. My favorite part is the discussion on risks because so many TV shows attempt to make fix/flip or acquire/rent real estate seem easy and rarely mention the risks. This is a simplified guide, so additional information about corporate structuring and tax minimization should be researched by anyone who really wants to dive into the world of commercial real estate.
