I really like this book. It has a lot of strategies for improving self confidence that are very thoughtfully presented.

Be Confident, Enjoy Life, Achieve Your Goals

Some people may not be accomplishing their goals because of a lack of self esteem. Even for those that feel they are self confident, this is a great respurce yo determine areas that could be improved.

This author is great as a cheerleader for the reader to understand the basis of inaction being fear and the action steps to overcoming it. I truly believe this book brought me back from the edge. I am hopeful now - where before it was hopeless, victim thinking.

Its Somethiong Good
