enjoyed and soaked up all the information. I really wish there was pictures of the pages so I can see the charts,lists, and recipies.

Good info, but really incompatible with audio format...

Was prominently diet related and that wouldn't have bothered me; except it was recitation of nutritional information tables and a litany of recipes. Within the audio book format, I found myself wishing I'd have gotten the hard copy book. Just not very practical to listen to.

Dull common sense information

Dull common sense info, has nothing new to offer. I was hoping for something insightful. there is a GI list, shopping list and throws in a few boring recipes. I fell asleep.
