Thorough Info about Fasting

Very helpful details about how to fast to heal many maladies. The recording should be re-done somewhere around chapter 4 as there are multiple goofs with several repeated pronunciations of words, etc., but then never deleting the unnecessary for a final draft. In spite of this I enjoyed the material thoroughly.
