Books for any century and age

I've been reading and re-reading (or listening) to each of the books in Ralph Moody's "little britches" series for nearly 15 years... as a young married father I find there is just as much enjoyment in them as the first day my mother read them to us siblings... but where I never cease to be amazed is the wisdom to be gleaned for any age, a young, college age or fathers &a mothers ... Ralph's adventures are books I will never put down and read to my kids and grandkids

We absolutely love the Little Britches series!

We have listened to all 8 books of the series and loved just about every one! It's like Famer Boy by Wilder just expanded to 8 books with ranchers!

Great Series

I have loved listening to the Little Britches series. I have been totally entertained as I have listened along to the life of Ralph Moody. I am sorry that I didn't know of this series as I was raising my children. It would have been a wonderful book to have shared together as there are so many fantastic learning opportunities. I am nearing the end and wondering what I will do once I no longer have Ralph to help pass the time at the gym :) Perhaps I will start over!

Martina

The whole series is the best that I have ever read. The first time I have read it when I was a teenager long time ago. 30 years later I read it again and I'm fascinated from this life story in the same way as long time ago. It is a treasure for my soul!

This series is as good as Little House on the Prairie! In some ways better.
