The book that delivers on its promise

As the title suggests, the book is about anxiety. Unlike many other books, this wasn't written by a psychologist, but rather by someone who experienced severe traumas in life which caused severe anxiety in the author. He had to decide to stop surviving his life and start living and faced his problems. In a gentle way the author guides the listener to take the path to hope. Mr. Moss understands anxiety on the level that only those who lived with it all the time are able to.
I also enjoyed the narrator who did excellent job (and I am very snobby when it comes to narrators, they pretty much make or brake the deal for me when it comes to listening).
Overall, I would highly recommend this audio book.

"WHAT'S SPOKEN FROM THE HEART, ENTERS THE HEART"

There's an Arabic proverb that translates into "What's spoken from the heart enters the heart"... This book was an example of that. The writer's examples and stories are very much related to any person who suffers from anxiety. I benefited a lot and would highly recommend it.

Written by someone who has been there, Hope Over Anxiety provides strategies for dealing with anxiety. Moss shares his journey in a frank, honest and thoughtful way. Very helpful!
