Paradigm Shifting

This is a great book. The author gets right to point and packs a wealth of information into a short span of time. For me, it was a new perspective on dental health. As with conventional medicine, we consumers benefit from educating ourselves - rather than simply relying on the directives of professional doctors.

After listening for the second time… I ordered the paperback! Wish I had this book years ago. ( when she says some of those Oils must be diluted… she ain’t joking!!)

Fascinating Read

I loved how easy the author made it to understand how intricately our bodies are made to reflect the dental health with the physical health of the body. I learned many natural ways to care for my teeth. I also learned how the health of the mama affects the baby’s dental health even in utero. I will read again to take notes on some of the helpful tips! Ready to share this book with family and friends…

incredible book

opened my eyes , explained so much upleveled my toothcare. I went from thinking I need to get my tooth extracted to understanding what I always felt, my teeth are living system like trees, and there is such a thing as regenerative endodontists, so just maybe I can save it. If I apply this book looks like I won't ever end up in this situation again. it's amazing the lies we have been told. I lost both my parents to cancer and I know both of them had bad teeth health, mercury, root canals, that could of been the root cause. Take notes. appendix of where to buy suggested products would be really helpful and a bio on Nadine and how to contact her. Is she a dentist, naturopath or what? index to some of studies she quotes too.
