Great story

Great story and I really enjoyed it. Loved learning about EMDR as I’d never heard of it.
Emily definitely makes a lot of foolish decisions. This book is about overcoming and getting revenge.
Narrations by Sylvia Goncalves was excellent.

Addictive Psychological Suspense!

I quickly became caught up in this book and didn't want to put it down. Mystery and suspense as this story unfolds and long buried tramatic memories start to bring truth into light. Terrific audio narration

Psychological thriller that I couldn't put down!

Trigger warnings - sexual assault and rape.

A long forgotten sexual assault - a current assault that opens the flood gates. This book was really entertaining - the narrative goes directly to the point without a ton of unnecessary details.

I couldn't stop listening to this story of survival - I wanted to know more and more about Emily and her journey throughout the struggles of a past assault that her mind buried and a current assault that forced her into therapy.
