Loved this story. Would highly recommend! No smut for those that are interested but a great story line. I would recommend ages 13 on up.

I couldn’t stop listening!

I loved this book so much! I wish it could’ve gone on and on. So many exciting twist. Such a great Rival to lover romance. 10 out of 10

I’d marry Gideon.

I was so into this story and immersed into their world. There was no lull or anything. It’s one of those books that you aren’t paying any attention to the authors style because you’re just thinking about what happens next. No predictable tropes IMA!

One of the best books of this year

I would recommend this book to anyone. The world building is amazing and the ending of this book is heartbreaking. I’m anxiously waiting for the second book 😭

Ate it up

Devoured it whole! Witch vs Witch Hunter, slow burn, enemies to lovers, cat & mouse, love triangle involving brothers, found family, coming into to power. I overall really enjoyed this book. Will be thinking about this story until book 2.

Captivating!

Great story beginning to end! An enemy to lovers type story; it was well written and extremely captivating! The narrator was great as well! I can’t wait for the second book to what’s in store for Rune and her new life.

So good

I liked this so much. True enemies to lovers feel throughout the entire book. The narrator was wonderful expressing some of the more dramatic moments that really drove the emotion home for me.

Best new gothic with fantasy

Chefs kiss to the regency romance witch hunting adventure. It’s like one dark window had a baby with pride and prejudice.

What a knockout!

This book was so good! The character development, twists and turns, love triangle! The narrator was wonderful. 5 stars for probably my favorite book of the year. I can’t wait for the next one!!!
