I like how this book helps you to understand each zodiac intimately also how to be more Compassionate with yourself.

The focus on happiness, positivity and possibility.

I liked her way of relating each sign with the others. She illustrated the common ground between them and provides simple, yet useful ways to bring out happiness with intention.

Insightful and Intriguing!

I enjoyed this book and the insights it gave into the ways in which each individual Zodiac sign (i.e. sun sign/sign you're "born under") can cultivate happiness and joy in their day-to-day lives. I also appreciated how the author didn't limit the "ways of increasing happiness" to the specific Zodiac sign a person is born under, but instead highlighted how any person - regardless of their sun sign - can tune into the strategies and rituals of activating and allowing more happiness into one's life.
The entire book truly was an all-encompassing piece, and provided so many simple yet effective ways of how I can cultivate a deeper sense of fulfillment in my own life. Yet, I also noticed ways in which I can highlight and appreciate the ways in which the other people in my life (friends, family, colleagues, etc.) experience joy, so that I can respect that in them.
I definitely enjoyed listening to this book, and will likely listen to it several times over!
