Using her well-worn Tarot deck, magical-artifacts hunter Sara Wilde can find anything - for a price. And the price had better be right, since she needs to finance her own personal mission to rescue several young psychics recently sold on the paranormal black market.
Enter Sara's most mysterious client, the wickedly sexy Magician, with a job that could yield the ultimate payday. All she'll have to do is get behind Vatican walls...and steal the Devil himself. But play with the Devil, and you're bound to get burned.
Pressure mounts for Sara to join the Magician's ancient and mysterious Arcana Council, as militant forces unleashed by even darker powers seek to destroy all magic - including the young psychics Sara is desperate to keep safe. The Council may be their only hope...but it could also expose Sara's own dark past.
From the twisting catacombs of Rome to the neon streets of Vegas, Sara confronts ancient enemies, powerful demigods, a roiling magical underworld about to explode...and immortal passions that might require the ultimate sacrifice. But oh, what a way to go. No matter how the cards play out, things are about to get Wilde.

Book one was meh not so good in my opinion but a series has to start some where stick with it and for the love of Pete don't let book 1 make you not want to read more. You will be sorry. Each book gets better and better until you can't wait to find out what new adventure you get to experience and more insight into the characters. Each adventure is complete in each book but new insight of the characters continues. Lots of suspense, romance, action, magic and more. A very well written series. The narrator dose a fantastic job. MS Bentley has a very smooth voice telling the story with emotion and unique voices for each character well written and narrated.

Too much too
The story is awesome. I love the story and the plot. However, the authors insistent use of the word “TOO” graded on my nerves. Everything was TOO hot. TOO cold. TOO CLOSE. TOO much. It was so irritating. Also the narrators voice for the lead was too high or... I don’t know. Too childish? The others were fine! I found it really irritating. I also found it missing things. The girl would black out and then would be fine. There were things not explained enough and it seemed to jump a lot. This needs a different narrator and a better editor and this book would be awesome!
