Narration was perfect

Loved the narrators and the story. Heartfelt and heart breaking and just a lovely story. Love the characters and their story

Yuck! Weak male character

This one is filled with a mysterious angst for a majority of the time and throughout the book we get introduced to Cedric who has to be the weakest main male character I’ve ever read. He seems to continue to string women along throughout the book. I’ve got a little more than an hour left and while I know it’s going to be an HEA, it’s a romance after all, this guys character has been bothering me so much, I had to write about it. And that’s not saying that the lead female isn’t also awful at communication. They deserve all the pain and angst they’ve heaped on themselves in this fictional book.

The love of family and friends

The MC was a slow learner and seemed to end up in the same situation with different women. Overall I loved the story and both narrators were excellent

Heart tugging

I absolutely loved the story. I was enchanted as Cedric and Allison made their way to each other.

Had me guessing

great listen. the twist was a bit much for me, but it was tastefully handled. and as always, I'm a sucker for a truly happy ending.
