Publisher's Summary

The poor ingredient fructose has received some harsh criticisms over the years. Instead of accepting what the general media says, since they are compensated for promoting foods high in fructose, I want to provide you with the ingredient fructose and provide a nonbiased, in-depth look at what this type of sugar really does to your body. This article is scholarly and informative to those trying to seek a solution in determining if fructose is the cause of their health problems. I am a personal trainer certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers, certification number 45582.

Hmm

I wish more of a distinction was made between fructose from fruits and high fructose corn syrup. At times it seemed like the narrator was talking about high fructose corn syrup but just said fructose instead. There was also no information on what fruits have what fructose contents and which ones are best if you are on a diet to try to avoid fructose from fruits. Overall, a little confusing.
