I wish more of a distinction was made between fructose from fruits and high fructose corn syrup. At times it seemed like the narrator was talking about high fructose corn syrup but just said fructose instead. There was also no information on what fruits have what fructose contents and which ones are best if you are on a diet to try to avoid fructose from fruits. Overall, a little confusing.
