I AM Free from what no longer serves me
I really enjoy the style of writing in Sylvester’s books. This book shares many personal stories, which relate to teachings and makes you feel like you get to know the author on a personal level. Having the author doing the audio is my favorite. He has a meditative tone, which helps when talking about tough subjects. I cried a couple times, but it felt like I was growing. This book helps me when I’m feeling stuck in life and reminds me that I can achieve true freedom. By the end of the book, I felt like I received the tools to achieve my own version of feeling free.
