One of the best I’ve listened to this year!

Written well, great story, great characters that get redeemed and the “bad guys” don’t get to win kind of story. It’s a marriage of “need” that turned to love. Then the twists along the way… *standing ovation*

I loved every second of this book

I don’t generally read these type of romance books, but I’m so happy to have given this a chance. It was such a great read. It was spicy and it was filled with wonder plot! I loved Alec and Elena’s love!

Another amazing billionaire romance!

wow wow wow. this one was so freaking good. when you read a Catharina book you always know you are going to get an emotional, spicy, and angsty. Elena is desperate to help save her mother and is willing to do almost anything to help. then comes in Alexander Kennedy . he needs a wife so that he can take ownership into his role in the family business. so they work out a marriage of convenience. he pays for her mother to have state of the art care and she plays the role of his future wife. the only rule is, this is not for love. there are so many emotions in this book but I loved every second of it. there was something so special about them as a couple. they both had a lot of growth before they could truly be together. this one made me smile, laugh, and cry.

Great reading

This was a great book with an enticing story. I could not put it down.

Highly recommend

This book is fantastic and the narrators were the icing on the top of the cake. While at first I thought I could predict where the story was going I will say that I was very pleasantly surprised. There is much more going on between the characters and their relationships than meets the eye. This one is a must read/listen.

This book had Everything!

I’ve read several books by this author, but the combination of this incredibly well written story and these two impeccable narrators had me weeping! I hated to see it end.

She did it again

I loved their story, Alec & Elana. I especially loved the dual narration, that was great and really added to the feel of the story. Both using each other for what they needed and then finding love in the end. Even though it took Alec a while to realize it was not love that failed his parents marriage, it was the absence of it.

Lastly, loved hearing Sebastian and CJ Bloom, your voices are awesome.

Started out slow

Started out slow and was a little hesitant about continuing to read it because of the story with the mother. However I am so glad I continued, ended up loving the story and kept me not wanting to stop listening.
