I’m left craving more

This book is definitely One of Tessa’s best it’s hot and sweet so sweet I think I have a cavity. It’s light and fluffy but deals with so many issues about self worth and self esteem and how people view themselves vs how others see them.

I nearly cried watching the minutes tick by because I wanted so very much for this to never end. It deserves a hundred stars but 5 will have to do

I’m sad to see so many poor reviews for this book because some people didn’t stick around long enough for spicy parts- and I DO mean S P I C Y! 🌶🔥

There are some definite non realistic minor outlandish things that happen here, but this is a story that definitely sucks you in and whisks you away to a sleepy small Long Island town. The character development was wonderful and I seriously and rooting for everyone!

There’s a little bit of dirty double take whiplash with the super naughty talk and hot af sex scenes that may throw you back in a smidge of confusion, but it WORKS. I could really relate to the main characters sense of abandonment and feelings of not being taken seriously, and the ending gave me butterflies and a huge smile.

Can’t wait to read more from this author!

Worth it

Sweet story or 2 people growing up, overcoming, and falling in love. Totally realistic, no. But chemistry and happiness, yes!

Cute RomCom complete with great smut scenes, and grand gestures. Definitely rated M for mature. 😏

This is one of the best books I’ve listened to in a LONG time. Anyone who loves a good romance novel will love this book. Sighhhh 😉

baby girl 🙄

Book was great, except the male character calling the female character "Baby Girl." The book emphasized how Georgie didn't want to be treated as a kid, yet she was ok with her love-interest calling her "Baby Girl"?

Should be called Fix HIM Up

Instead of Fix Her Up this book should have been Fix Him Up. A washed up baseball player comes home to his personal pity party after an injury ends his career. He is willing to sulk until his best friend's younger sister comes to drag him back into the land of the living. She's had a crush on him since she was a teen but she's never been thought of as anything but the annoying baby of the family by everyone.
This story is an amazing transformation from friends to fake dating to real lovers as Travis sees what a treasure Georgie is - she is strong, independent and has managed to make a life for herself without the help of her family since they don't take her seriously.
I listened to the audio version of this book and everytime Travis called her "Baby Girl" I just wanted to smile.
