I liked it

This has a good combination of mafia (not mafia lite at all!) and a little bit of humor. It had some fun in there which I appreciated. I liked that it wasn’t your typical dark romance where the mmc was all “I hate you and I’m going to treat you like garbage” for most of the book. This was a great change! The FMC wasn’t so helpless, also a nice change. The narrators are excellent. All around the writing is well done and the characters are written very well. I felt like every scene and all the dialogue was very believable. Just really well done.

Great first book in the series

Filthy Little Games is a great first book in the new New York City Mafia series! There are so many crazy twists and turns right from the beginning for Creed Ferraro and Zara, and they keep going all they way through. Creed has been betrayed, but the question is... by who? There's so much tension and a lot of angst. Plus, chemistry between Creed and Zara that they don't know what to do with, and so much drama and suspense to keep me on the edge of my seat. I already want to know what's in store next for the Ferraro Family! Chloe Ryan and Stephen Borne are new to me narrators, and they are perfect for Creed and Zara! They both give that New York attitude and tone to the author's characters and help you live inside the story. 100% recommend!
