This is a great book; it includes information that allows you to identify behaviors and give them names, it then explains the reason behind such behaviors and dynamics and THEN it gives practical, simple, hard and incredibly effective practices to change the way you are towards yourself and in your relationship for the healthier- listen to it! Better more, practice it!!

This guy is a genius

Lots of really good tools in this book to fix what ails your relationship. The author does a good job narrating his own work.
