My boss's hot, chaotic son just crashed my luxury art retreat. I feel like running for the hills, but he's begging for my help, and I can't afford to lose my job.

An all-expenses-paid autumn break in the mountains at a luxury art retreat? As a broke single mom, I can't believe my luck. Until my boss's whirlwind son crashes my private cabin.

Charlie is my work problem, the rockstar Creative Director with a Kickstarter addiction and a charmed life. The man I can't stand… or stop thinking about.

For two years, I've hidden my feelings. But as we explore the experimental art classes, small-town magic, and the wilderness, truths are exposed. Heat turns up and fake dating turns real.

I find myself falling for my office nemesis, but there's something I don't know. Charlie is keeping a secret, and it could ruin everything...

Falling Slowly is a steamy, full-length romantic comedy and part of the Cozy Creek Collection of small-town standalones. It's a boss-to-lovers, autumn-inspired romance with a golden retriever hero who falls first. Each book in the series is a complete standalone with a happily ever after.

okay so honestly this one was a bust for me in all honesty I love a good small town romance. but these two went to cozy creek together. yes I love a close proximity but not when grandma helps out.
dont get me wrong the trauma in this is totally valid. but sheesh.
I get it she a mom but sheesh its not a personality. no hate to moms out there but goodness.
I understand there was an issue shes a single widowed mother but goodness. working day in and day out trying to make ends meet.
Charlie love the trying to support kick starters but at what point is it a problem?
I am happy for how it worked out for the couple and even the child. but this story was not really for me.

cute. but
