So who wants a second chance, its always been you, kind of a reverse grumpy sunshine where the guy swoons during a Christmas wedding? Oh and he might be a famous actor who hasn't stopped loving or keeping tabs on you for two years? Yup that would be a simple summary of the way this one might play out with a few other events that happened but you just need to read this one to know what they are........😉 CR Jane never ceases to get me to fall into her stories and make me feel like a part of the group with her found family ways. You see that just cause you see one thing doesn't mean that's how the person feels or that you know what that person is going through. You know you love Christmas romances this time of year so add this one into your mix and 100% check the audio out cause the narrators definitely make you blush a time or two 😉

Nat and Easton!!

The story I’ve been dying to read—and listen to (fun fact: you can add the audiobook too!)—did not disappoint! I loved everything about this book. Especially what Easton did to Santa… haha, just a little glimpse of his crazy side!

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about this story. I loved Nat fighting him, their fiery attraction, and how Easton simply won’t stop until he gets her. Total swoon-worthy moments. Everything I hoped for and more!

Natalie got her own HEA! I loved the story of Natalie and her high school sweetheart Easton. It was a bit drawn out, but still highly entertaining with several lol moments. MeeMaw is definitely a memorable character! I highly recommend this book, it's worth the credit! I can't wait for the next book in the "Wrong Player" series.

Merry Me by C.R. Jane is the perfect addition to any holiday TBR if you love your festive reads packed with charm, second-chance longing, and just the right amount of spice. As a standalone holiday rom-com featuring Natalie from the Wrong Player series, this story gave me everything I wanted and more. Each chapter had me fully hooked, from the Christmas vibes to the deliciously desperate MMC energy.

Easton absolutely made this book for me. THE MAN. His one mission? Win Natalie back. And the way he’s both obsessive/possessive and incredibly sweet and patient… I was swooning the whole time. He never stopped loving her, never moved on, and no one ever compared to the girl he let slip away. With Natalie’s sister’s wedding bringing them back together, their chemistry reignites instantly and I was here for every second of it.

Plus, the audio performance by Sean Masters and Alexis Paige was phenomenal. They brought so much emotion and spark to the story!

Loved this book! And narration was perfection. I love how CR Jane writes her men morally gray and oh so lovable!

3.5 Stars ⭐️ Natalie and Easton were high school sweethearts, but she dumped him because he was leaving for Hollywood. Two years later, Natalie’s sister is getting married. Easton is in the wedding party. He does some things that were slightly unethical to get Natalie alone with him. For Easton, there was no one for him but Natalie. For Natalie, she needed to get over her shit and deal with her abandonment issues. Natalie was a very frustrating character as she was continually did things to push Easton away even though she loves him, and she was very dramatic. Easton was interesting, but his whole personality was how much he loved Natalie. There was some holiday vibes, but more wedding vibes. Merry Me is a solid read.
