Publisher's Summary

I’m obsessed with Laila Fitzgerald. There, I finally admitted it. I’ve tried not to want her. I tried to step aside when my best friend said he wanted her. But it’s proved impossible. She’s too gorgeous and talented, too charismatic and badass, for me not to want her for myself.

Unfortunately, though, karma’s a bitch. In trying to do the right thing by my best friend, I’ve done the wrong thing by myself. I’ve pushed her away every chance I’ve had. Dug way too deep a hole to crawl out of.... And now, Laila downright hates my guts. And rightly so.

But since we’re stuck together, yet again - and, this time, even more closely - I’ve decided nothing will stop me from getting what I want. This time, I’m going to figure out a way to coax Laila into falling out of hate with me....

My Thoughts on Falling Into Love with You

What a great conclusion to this duet. Once again Lauren Rowe wrote a story that I was absolutely engrossed in from start to finish.

This book picked up where the first one left off and basically started off with the “story” Savage told Laila about his song and moved into their stay in the house and the beginning of their fake relationship. I loved that they really got a chance to get to know each other beyond their initial attraction. Savage began showing all his depth and kind heartedness to Laila right away. I loved the moments with his grandmother and cousin. I loved the way he was willing to sacrifice for Laila. And I just loved his sometimes obsessive, manic drive to fix, understand or express his relationship with her. Basically I loved Savage. That pretty much sums it up.

Laila was actually really funny in this one. Even more so then the previous book. But I was so happy when they finally got to that moment when everything was laid on the table and the big issue from the previous book was resolved. The ending was so sweet and perfect, and the music was excellent.

Overall this was another winner from Lauren Rowe and I am once again looking forward to what she’s going to give us next.
The narrators on this one were beyond 5 stars. I LOVE Jacob Morgan's voice. Absolutely Love it. And Andi Arndt is another of those I could happily listen to all the time. Together they were just amazing.

Amazing Rockstar Romance

The Hate Love Duet from Lauren Rowe is an amazing enemies to lovers rockstar romance. Book two in the duet, Falling into Love with You, came out yesterday and it did not disappoint. This conclusion in the Laila and Savage story was swoon worthy. If you like enemies to lovers and/or rockstar romances you will love this duet. The chemistry between Laila and Savage was explosive 🧨. Highly recommend both of the books. Also if you love listening to your books, the audio version for both books is amazing.

FELL HARD FOR THIS DUET!

I'VE GOT SAVAGE LOVE FOR THIS DUET!!! The second book is full of discovery and mending misinformation fences. I loved listening to them falling in love. Savage just needed his Laila and this story is so sweet. I read AND listened to the book. The audio is fabulous bc you hear them sing right in the chapter. BE STILL MY HEART!
While the first book developed the characters the second book is more about their future and how they find they are both more alike they they thought. Both are hiding parts of themselves thinking the other won't like it.
A sweet journey of a couple falling in love and making it TOGETHER in the industry. #swoon #couplegoals #fitzyandadrian #savagelove #fallingintolovewithyou

A NON-STOP LISTEN.. & A ❤️ FEST OF DELICIOUS FEELS

Laila and Savage’s Duet has been toe-curlingly awesome and filled with swoons as ‘fake’ becomes forever for two Rockstars. I loved the fiery friction and sexual chemistry they both had in Book 1 and, in this second book, that chemistry explodes into a passionate relationship.. in front of the cameras and behind them just for themselves. It was sweet, tender, sexy, fun, flirty and loving as they both slowly lowered their walls to let their truths out - obsession from first sight.. and false truths from day one. Savage’s selfless actions, compassion and self-sacrifice made him the perfect drool-worthy hero. Great friendships from the supporting cast of characters and wise words from two older gals.. both endearing but the beautiful and heartbreaking last time with Savage’s Mimi, well that was simply precious.

Worth a credit? Yes I loved absolutely everything about it and I think it’s surely got to be Lauren Rowe’s best book to-date. I loved the songs and I loved the dual POV by Andi and Jacob too who did a stellar job bringing the characters.. their first steps to their last steps.. and the beautiful feels to life.

Wow

it's so hard for me to try different Author's it's been a hit or miss .. Sometimes what's written to entice you is so much better then the book itself .

This surprised me I really did enjoy the 2 books in this series and will listen to them more then once .. I'd like more books about these people so the story doesn't have to end here ..
To me this is worth getting but must start with book one..

AGAIN SUPERB WRITING!!!!

So excited while looking through audible I found new material from Lauren Rowe. Missed you. I got so engrossed in the story that when I reached the chapter when it said to be continued, my life stopped. I was in my car. I had to pull to the side of the road and figure out what happened. I had no idea I was at the end of the book. I hit the 5 stars so fast with no comment then submit. Immediately, I loaded the 2nd book and started to breathe again when I was able to start listening. Lauren is at the top of my favorite authors. It’s very rare I read books more than once except hers. The characters are so full of personality and the way her stories read you just feel a part of each situation. In addition, so much could be said about the venue of these characters from the music world and how she writes about it. It’s fascinating to learn behind the scenes of every aspect it takes through to the end result of what these entertainers go through to give us material for our pleasure as an audience. So glad I listen to all the books including Rivers story prior to these 2 books because knowing the other characters made the main ones in these even more dynamic. Again, Lauren, you did a great job.

A fantastic conclusion

Falling into Love with you is the amazing conclusion to The Hate-Love Duet, and one you will enjoy every minute of. Savage and Leila return with all the sass and passion of the Falling Out of Hate with you, but adds a level of sweetness that makes this a true love story. If every 2 crazy people were better suited for one another, it is this pair of characters.

Some drama continues from the first book and Nadine once again haunts our characters by trying to manipulate their relationship into something it isn't. The sacrifices Savage makes for Leila are so sweet. And the ending will leave you smiling. Topping off your experience is actual recorded music from the story. I really liked Leila's songs.

I'm sure as a book, this is an amazing story but as an audiobook, it is a treat! Jacob Morgan is perfectly cast as Adrian Savage, in all his gravely glory, and Andi Arndt brings her usual passion, sass, and amazing performance to this story. I can't recommend this enough AND bonus, you can enjoy this duet without reading any prior books. It does connect to books in Lauren's back catalog, but you can enjoy this duet, then go back and read the rest.

Fantastic audio style and story

Both the books for this duo were fantastically written and performed! Including the songs that were included. For an avid reader such as myself I very much enjoyed the life the narrators brought to these stories. 10 stars all the way around! I also enjoyed the inclusion of other main characters from other stories by this author.

Dims the light on book 1

I was totally blown away by the first book, so I couldn't wait to get my hands on this one. I started it right after I finished Falling Out Of Hate With You and honestly, unfortunately, I'm disappointed.
In my personal opinion it was too much drama. I was starting to wonder how this was a full length book after Leila and Savage fell in love pretty early on. The twists and turns honestly didn't make sense to me. I wanted to shake some sense into Leila several times because she just acted so childish and immature. For a while I was unsure if I could finish this book because I was seriously angry about their love story being messed up for no good reason.
I finished it anyway and I'm glad I did. Apart from the drama I mentioned it was a seriously heartfelt, romantic and also heartbreakingly sad storyline and everything made sense in the end.
These two books are a great series but this book unfortunately dims the light on book 1. In my opinion it would've been better to put both books into one and leave out the unnecessary childish drama.
Still 3 stars for an overall great storyline of both books, and Jacob and Andi did an amazing job narrating, as always.

Absolutely loved this duet

Lauren Rowe is an awesome storyteller and does not disappoint with this duet about Savage and Laila's story. It has everything needed to get you in the feels - sparking chemistry, plenty of angst, red hot attraction, troubled backgrounds, bittersweet grief, steamy sexy af scenes and lets not forget the hate/love stuff. It will make laugh out loud (maybe even gigglesnort), it will make you cry or at least get a lump in your throat and it will make you swoon.

Savage L❤️VE

Gosh I loved the music in this duet, it really added to my listening experience. Laila’s version of fireflies was just beautiful and I loved how music from other Lauren Rowe books was incorporated. I think Sex Hate High is my new favorite but fireflies, people like us & 3 are still right up there for me.

Savage and Laila’s story was exactly what you would expect from Lauren Rowe funny, sweet, hot, and sexy, predictable but not, such a contradiction I know but that is why her books and music are soooooo good.

Can’t wait for the next book 😍.
