Best book I’ve read in years!

I’ve been a member since the early 2000s (pre-Amazon). I have read so many books (850+ titles in my library), that it’s hard for a book to hold my interest these days. This book was so much fun. I loved the relatable, believable characters, the many twists & turns, and laugh out loud moments. This author is a genius! Narration brilliant, too.

I enjoyed this book very much. I laughed several times, thought I had the mystery figured out a few times and things just kept turning. Very clever.

I enjoyed every minute of this delightful ‘fable’. What starts out seeming grim quickly turns entertaining, funny, and sweet. And the narration was excellent! Can’t wait to check out other audiobooks by the same author.
