A solid book

It’s rare to get a mystery suspense book lately I can even get through. Little Ghosts offers a few twists, and although the crime is brutal the dead girl’s ghost appearing to her brother adds a soft touch. I liked it.

Darker than I expected

I guess the cover art and name of the book had me thinking it would be an easier read. Despite being (mostly) from the POV of a 10 year old boy, the story gets quite disturbing. I have a grandson younger than Gale, so it was hard to hear Gale and Layla dealing with such painful and scary situations.
There really is no mystery.... the reader knows the villain pretty early on. But it is SO tense wondering what will happen.
I loved the story. It was actually more my genre than I expected it to be, but do be prepared for the pain of parents who lost a child and descriptions of child rape and abuse. The relationship of the living child and the ghost child was beautiful.

A good bit of emtional unexpected twists.

I enjoyed this book simply because it was considerably different in solving the crime. I have read a good number of murder mysteries and this is the first I have seen resolved as this one. It does involve a ghost, but the ghost's part only added to the eventual solving of the crime. There were gruesome parts, but not that bad. The story had a nice pace to it that kept my interest up for the entire story. An enjoyable Read.

Great Thriller

Read the title description and that Katie Villa narrates, and I was sold. I was truly captivated and finished in two days. I was expecting the book to be more from the mother's point of view, but in fact it covered multiple characters, including the boy who is seeing his sister. It's heartbreaking at times and edge of your seat intensity at others. Definitely worth the credit!

Brilliant, Twists, Spirituality & Suspence!

I loved this book so much. The fantastic character development of the 10 year old boy Gale will make you think of children differently and with even more respect. The evil portrayed in this book is as if a profiler wrote it.
Just get this book . I had to listen and could not stop.
