    A Florida Man. Norman Scott did the unthinkable to his neighbors. But what is worse, is that he lied about why he committed the crimes. He claims that they assaulted him first. But this idiot must have forgotten that his home surveillance cameras were his own, and they revealed a different picture. This story is bizarre.
