Publisher's summary

Brendan Burchard said, "You need, more than anything else, daily momentum. It's the secret of all life happiness."

"Secret of all life happiness?" Whoa. Sounds pretty good to me. Just a little "daily momentum"? No problem, right?

But what if you're stuck? Maybe you've been trying to break through but just can't seem to get ahead. Every day seems like Groundhog Day: the same disappointment as yesterday. Or, worse, one step forward and two steps back. Ugh.

In his new book, Every Single Day, Bradley Charbonneau offers a simple prescription for building daily momentum that leads to true and, if you really, really want it, lasting and powerful change.

Not your typical self help book (& that's great!)

If you are tired of the typical self help books that try to motivate you with their stories of how they made a zillion dollars after they lost their job or whatever gimmick of the moment is...then you will find this book refreshing.
Although, the author does share his experience of always wanting to be a writer but having endless excuses as to why he thought that wasn't possible....but 1) it's relatable 2) it's a minor point (rather than an autobiography pretending to be a self-help book). The writing is creative...almost like listening to a fiction novel instead of a self help book. And that's why this book is great. It gives you solid tips and cuts through the excuses your brain is likely to come up with in order to avoid actually taking the first real step towards whatever your dream happens to be...yet it provides a fresh take on a often tired and repetitive genre.

This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this review voluntarily.

Full of Golden Nuggets of knowledge

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Growing up, I was taught that the objective when reading a book was to get that ONE 'golden nugget' of knowledge. This book, on the contrary, is full of golden nuggets in the form of ideas as to why being an ESDer (Ever Single Day-er) is important, what it unlocks, and how to keep yourself going.

I think this book is going to be in my regular rotation...

Motivation!

At first I felt this book was only for writers, which the author is, or for those who are young and have a big dream and goal. I am a retired person and most of my time is spent playing games, watching television, and reading - all sedentary activities I love but I know I need get off the couch. I need to clean, declutter my house, and exercise - none of which I find really interesting to do but necessary for my health and well being. It was intriguing for me to hear to do it every single day!. That thought has motivated me to start and spend time doing these things every single day! There are many inspirational thoughts and quotes to help you think change is possible. The author also explores different ideas where you may feel stuck. I feel I will re-listen to this book frequently and share and recommend to others,

Good for people thinking about taking the leap

If you think about writing a book, but just can't get yourself to taking the leap, this book offers great help into making that leap. It's not about the technical aspects of writing, but about getting into the habit. Get started, get the experience and get going. Al this without getting pushy and rather pulling you in than pushing you in.

Perfect book for perfectionists & procrastinators

This book is really hitting home for me. Every Single Day is now a mantra that won't leave my thoughts. It's simple, and therefore incredibly powerful. Bradley had me laughing out loud several times when I listened to the book. It's a brilliant book to give yourself that kick in the butt to get stuff done!
