Not even halfway yet.....

Grabbed immediately by the difference in delivery. Then the story line got me. must listen if u are into learning about our world and issues in it.

Basic nutrition!

This doesn’t address starting with the basics, nutrition! More emphasis need to be on looking at prevention based on nutrition. Fast foods, fried, processed, additives for shelf life, pesticides used, etc. plant based food choices! More to look at for the author....

Would make for excellent documentary. Powerful . Educational. Mind changing. Real and i could frightening relate.

Important issues poorly understood.

Very slow dictation. There are errors in basic medicine which cast doubt on the entire work.
