Loved going deeper into ELI work

I loved this book. I'm loving learning about the Energy Leadership Index model. Energy is neither good or bad. Distilling it into levels I automatically see how applicable this can be to my clients and groups I speak to plus my own growth. Bruce Schneider did a great job narrating it. The only reason I gave the story 4 stars is that like most business fables it felt like the transformation was a bit too one note for me and hardly representative of what happens in real life. I'd also would've liked more examples in specific terms how they moved their team up the scales of Energy and a more realistic journey of two steps forward one step back it felt too formulaic. But I get it, you have a deadline to move the arc along. But other than that I couldn't wait to listen to this book. I'll probably buy the hard copy so I can cross reference it.
