Love this book! So informative! It takes a dive into what we put in our bodies and how our skin reacts. Sometimes we only think about topical solutions to skin problems and neglect to think what we are putting inside our body that can affect our gut, skin, and more! Very helpful to help my baby with the eczema we were dealing with but also my own skin!

I feel after listening to this audiobook I could truly understand why these horrible eczema triggers happen. I could 100% see the negative effects of gluten in my child’s health and I am determined to find a new healthy eczema free path. Hope everyone on my same path can find healing as well.
