love this book and series. it was an all out grind until the very end yet epic

Good second book

So the story and character development was smoother than the first book. The beginning and ending of the book was done nicely but I found that in the middle it was a little slow. All in all I would recommend it!

I need more and more of this series I hope the audio book for vol 3 comes out soon

FANTASTIC

When I started book 1 I was looking for a new progression fantasy, I flew through that one and IMMEDIATELY picked up number 2. This is series is fantastic! Highly Recommend!

Amazing series thus far. The story and characters are interesting, The books are well written filled with lots of action and are super entertaining.

Remember that this story was a web novel so clear lines between books is a bit less hard then some other books
I look forward to book 3

Great series

The voice over by Ryan was wonderful with the tone of each character being easily recognizable and had a clear speech throughout the entire 2 books
The story was also great it had a good mix of dialogue and descriptions
The pacing was juuuust right with the small summary at the end after time skips that informed you just enough that you dont’t miss out on the important points
But there was a bit of confusion about Kai’s age some where along the story

good second book almost forgot the conflict
