Enjoyable listen 🦐

I love this series!! The characters and the ambience are complete perfection. My only complaint is.. I feel I was a little short changed on this particular couple. It would have been better if the book were longer. I guess Kristen thought since this is a second chance romance we didn't need much of a back story. I really liked Lena's, character in Easy Magic and wished for a full length book about her. Still, I enjoyed this book and the narration is great!! Even a small glimpse in the lives of this heart warming wonderful family is worth a credit to me.

Sort and sweet!!

This is a refreshing and fun book to listen to. No too long and complicated enough to make it interesting!!!

Another great novella by Proby!

Wish it had been a little bit longer like the other two novellas, but had a great storyline and was a really fun adventure and scavenger hunt! One less star because Mayans aren't found in Chile, those are Incans and I didn't get how Mallory knew things without touching Lena? Discontinuity a bit in the storyline.

Another Great Short

In true Kristen Proby style in this Boudreaux series, this short story was fast paced and brought Lena back to life. Not really, just brought her back for her story. As in the series, this book was one that you couldn't put down. Kristen knows how to write a story that keeps you wanting more. The narrators are two of the best. Love them individually and together.

Good but short

For a short story, it's really good. It left me wanting a lot more detail, but that's what gets sacrificed to keep it short.

This book can standalone

Easy Fortune is a short novella about Lena. She is the best friend of Mallory from book 5 of this series. This book is a second chance love story for Lena and her ex-boyfriend, Mason, who showed up after disappearing six years prior. Mason's aunt passed away and a condition of her estate and her final wish is for Mason and Lena to take a short adventure together.

I adored this book. I absolutely devoured it. The adventure Lena and Mason went on sounded so fun. That would be incredible to do.

This book could definitely standalone but it does give away a bit about the couple from book 5 that may spoil it...although, seriously, we all know there will be a happy ending when we read these books so it really isn't giving away much.

I recommend this book and the entire series. I suggest reading them in order because they get better and better as each book goes by.

Just a heads up, this short kindle book ends on page 68 of 89, which is the 76% mark.

Audible: I added the whispersync audible narration to this kindle book. Both narrators did a good job. The only thing that I wasn't too fond of was one chapter where Lena was talking to her best friend Mallory and, at times, it was difficult to differentiate who was saying what.

I love the story. Iam so glad Lena got her man. The narrator’s made it even hotter.

THIS STORY IS TOO SHORT. I really enjoyed this book. I just wish there was more of an adventure/romance storyline.
