Yes I am a fan

Dragons are not the only beings showcases in this series of books. So pull up a comfortable chair and have your pet on your lap or next to you and enjoy. adult readers due to sexual and violent content.

Becomes inane

A few good stories devolve into strangely weird stories not worth listening to. Save yourself the time

female characters were weak, self centered spoiled brats. Totally unbelievable heriones. these could have been good stories with strong likable caring females

Diabolical plans foiled by the luv of a good woman

A downside of middle trilogy has the MMCs start on team-evil, glorying in power, threatening women, and imprisoning folks before they’re featured in their redemption arc. Befitting the comic vibe of the series, however, their behavior is merely evil with a small e; besides the imprisonment of folks, their bad behavior is mostly posturing.

Another downside is that imprisonment, especially in books 4 and 5, puts our MCs in dark, dirty places for huge chunks of each book, limiting the fun, the action, and most importantly, the sexy times.

But, once the individual books are out of the Plus library, this collection provides a bargain of romances between feisty ladies and their sexy beasts. As there are recaps, you don’t even have to have heard books 1-3 to enjoy this series.

Ch1: Book 4: Dragon Foretold⭐️⭐️
“Can’t a man have a hole to himself?”
I already knew I’d have to suspend disbelief quite a bit to look favorably upon Sue-Ellen, who passed up rescue in book one in order to stay with a prisoner. Because telling them about the prisoner so they could rescue him too would have been far too logical, not to mention eliminating the need for this book. 😜 Both MCs are dim bulbs, repeatedly played as dupes. It made for some fun little plot twists.

Ch31: Book 5: Dragon Reborn ⭐️⭐️⭐️
“Show no mercy Muffin!”
In a world facing a dragonacolypse, every dragon is needed, even a formerly, sort-of villain, now vanquished and wallowing in the hugest pity party. Enter Deka, capable of steamrolling the most stubborn of wills. She’s bodacious and bonkers, and full of sass and vinegar.

“You know what they say: two is a crowd, three is a -“
“Ménage!”
The comedy in this one is strong. The sex-flirting is also at its friskiest best. The worldwide war is really just background music for the romance, appearing in small bursts without truly feeling like anyone’s in real danger. Lots of redshirt death towards the good guys winning in seconds.

Ch56: Demon Walking⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“Elspeth had a hint of squirrel in her bloodline.”
Luc was determined to exact revenge on dragon kind, but he didn’t reckon on that effervescent
ray of sunshine mixed with a whole lotta hurricane that was Elspeth.

“Don’t get your demonic thong in a twist!”
One of my favorite things about this installment was the big roles for the supporting characters,
like Elspeth’s bloodthirsty BFF or Luc’s cantankerous butler. The best part was Luc’s paranoia that Elspeth’s niceness was part of a nefarious plot.
