Enjoyable sexy story

I always enjoy Louise Bays stories, they flow nice and are always interesting. I did not love the h insecurities, but it did fit into the story line and necessary for the final HEA. Narration was excellent!

A Healing Romance ❤️‍🩹

Contemporary Romance with a newly private GI Doctor, Zachary “Zack” Cove (MMC) went into the family business as a doctor, but he longs to become a writer. He’s hired a new assistant for his new private practice, Ellie Frost (MFC), she’s been running her ex-boyfriend’s pr career while he was cheating on her and treating her poorly so, she has no references and this was the only position that pays well enough.

Ellie just wants to make a great impression, make enough money to be able to enroll into Le Cordon Blue and train to become a chef, because she loves cooking.

These two have a strong attraction to each other and get snowed in, while at a remote cottage in a Scottish Island.

I enjoyed the story and the characters, but Ellie was always casting doubt upon herself. The author gives us our hea, with a bump along the way.

It was fine but not worth listening to twice

The story was fairly predicable, and the character development lacked something. I didn’t really *feel* the chemistry between the characters. Most of the story seemed to happen when each character was by themselves and in their own heads, vs while with the other person or friends/family. The supporting cast was underdeveloped.

Slow beginning but ….

Was a bit slow at the beginning but once the couple make it to Scotland, everything heats up nicely. After that the book goes on great. A few ups and downs but works out well in the end.
Another hit in my opinion. Can’t wait for the next book to come out.

This book is fantastic! I love this series! The narration is great. I love Shane East's voice! This is definitely a must read!

Another Great One

OMG. I love ALL of Louise Bay books. Very little drama and Ellie and Zac are the best. A feel good romance with Shane and Clare bringing them to life. I tell you they shove classes on how to read an audio book. Hell just buy the book!! Anything by Louise Bay is top rate. Don’t be a hater

Excellent Romance

Dr. Perfect is the slow burn romance featuring Ellie, who takes a temporary job as an administrative receptionist in a medical office after her boyfriend of ten years breaks up with her and leaves her moneyless and homeless, and Dr. Zachary Cove/Zach, a new gastroenterologist who is setting up a new private practice but secretly wants to be a book author. Zach spends a great deal of time in his office writing, but Ellie is curious about what he is doing in his office since he has no patients. As Zach tries to live between two occupations he and Ellie learn more about each other especially when they find themselves stranded in his cottage in Scotland. Louise Bay has written another excellent romance with strong emotions, situational humor, fun self-talk and banter, emotional healing, and a slow burn steamy passion. I found the Dr. Perfect audiobook narrators’ portrayal of the characters and their emotions to be wonderful and highly enjoyable.
