Highly recommend this book

When I saw the cover page of this book I felt like it was talking to me. I got it right away and listened to it several times. The narrator's voice is gentle and persuasive. I really felt like this book was written just for me! I highly recommend it to everyone with the same problems.

Wonderful audible

There are no magic words in this book. It provides you with the techniques to look deep into your problems and understand yourself better. You just have to follow the steps and put all your energy and willingness to overcome your anxiety and make your life happier.

Must listen!

My disorder made my social life so empty. I had so many difficulties making new friendships and nurturing the old ones. This 21 day guide taught me practical social skills. I can proudly say that I have more friends now.

Incredibly helpful

It's incredible to realize that we can really conquer our social anxiety and improve our social skills with our family and business connections. There are some extraordinary strategies and tips in this book which can help us to overcome our panic attacks. This book has a really strong message.

Appreciable audible

I appreciate her assertiveness tips the most. My huge problem was that I did not know how to say NO to the people. I felt used and sad so many times in my life. I wanted to take over control of my life and I implemented the author’s tips day by day. I feel confident now to say NO, and life is much easier.

Must listen!

Inspiring listen

The whole book is great and Chapters 6 and 7 about surviving and thriving in specific workplace situations are my favorites. I have been listening to them over and over again and I have succeeded in increasing my confidence.

Well explained

Since I have been working for a big sales company, I often feel nervous, tense and uncomfortable in social situations. I am always worried if I make a good impression, and that disables me in social situation. I try to be more authentic and interact naturally. So, I got this book to help me and I always listen to it on my way to my job. That helps me a lot and I feel more confident. I have found a lot of practical tips about improving conversation skills and how to deal with anxiety in the workplace.

I was so nervous...

I was so nervous about talking in front of the people. So, I took this book and started to use its techniques for overcoming my anxiety. I thought it is impossible, but now I can freely talk at any time and everywhere. It is so powerful.
