talk dirty to your batter

While this isn't my top favorite by Pippa Grant, I loved it none the less! loved the dirty talk....even if it was to the batter/cookie dough. Sue was awesome and I love the crazy animals/pets in her books. definitely recommend this book for an easy read.

A fun, crazy, adorable, lovely romp!

Pippa Grant never fails to make me grin. This book is just another in SO many that have made my day with witty and silly banter. She somehow seems to make sense of the senseless and make love so lovable.

Annika and Grady are friends to enemies to lovers. With an unlikely rivalry between bakeries, but not between bakers since Annika can’t bake her way out of a wet paper bag.

I found some parts of the story a bit too lean on why Annika put so much onto her shoulders. And wondered why Grady was so all in with her, but then realized for him, it’s in his blood.

I’m also personally not into the “I love my best friend” being drilled into my head towards the end. I get it. Enough.

Still, the characters and their intertwining banter and stories is what makes this book enjoyable.

Jason Clarke’s voice was super hot. Virginia Rose had these little inflections in her narration that totally conveyed her characters emotions. I loved it all.

Hysterical & Touching Story

Pippa Grant is the epitome of the Rom/Com genre. Her fans don't even read the book blurb when a novel comes out. They just obtain a copy & dive in. I had read Master Baker when it came out & decided to listen to the Audio Book. So glad I did.

The superb narrations of Jason Clarke & Virginia Rose added another dimension to the novel. Their readings enhanced the humor & tugged at the heart strings when applicable. so be prepared to spit out your wine, tea or coffee if you were silly enough to do so when listening. Also be prepared for the looks you'll get when laugh snorting while commuting.

Pick up the audible book and become engrossed in the lives of Sipped Wrecked Citizens, Sarcasm Natives, a goat named Sue, Master Baker Grady & the woman he's loved since he was 14, Annika. Jason & Virginia's vocals will bring to life a thoroughly enjoyable Rom/Com.

GOAT

Theirs was a great lighthearted Funny love story. The characters were perfect. The addition of the animals in the story with no hurting or losing of anybody.

Love Pippa- always a laugh

Cute story .. HEA...and just enough sexy times. But my favorite is always the laughs.
