Very short and superficial
This book was very short and very superficial. I don’t remember how much I paid for this book, but if it was more than three dollars, I paid too much. The content of the book is ok, but it simply isn’t realistic to count to 10 both forwards and backwards before you respond to someone’s negative comment. You will give that person and everyone around you the impression that you are struck dumb in anger, And sometimes the most effective approach is to not appear angry at all.

Mike's work is quite noteworthy.
When we are exposed to difficult people, use exercise as a way to de-stress! The author said it right in a simple technique! The parts that really stuck in my mind are the ones that advises us not to fall into the negative traps of people who belittle you.

One of the most honest books!
