Instruction to listen for

I am diving deep into better Instructional design as a middle school teacher who either wants to implement new methods in a highschool setting, or to hone my skills for adult learning experiences. I did some research, and found this book was highly recommended among several books to study.

I have to say that this book really helped build confidence in the fact that my methods of teaching will transition well to other levels of learning. When teaching any level, it comes down to identifing the need regardless if it is a state standard, or a new corporate tool/policy. Once you know what is needed, you can implement similar designed learning models that are catered to the students learning level.

I found this to be a great start in transitioning out of k-12 Education, while also retaining the best parts of teaching. It also, works as a great way of building highschool level scaffolding to help design lessons that would bridge students to the beyond highschool realm.

The Narration was was very professional, and brought life to the book.
