a little rushed.

I felt that the story was a bit cramped and therefore a little rushed from one event to another. however, the reuniting of Amara eith Jake was a loving event within the chaos of the story

Narrators are amazing

Wasn’t expecting to like the series as much as I do, good world building and amazing characters

I'm loving the way this series is playing out and can't wait for the next book it's got a great universe and the lore is good I will definitely be recommending this title to my friends

Another good installment

God Jake sucks… either say what you need to say and start to forgive your father or just remove him from your life completely. This middle of row whining and bit?$&@! has just got to end.. his time is up anyway. You got what you wanted ya big child.. the writer does a really good job of showing just how young 22 still is for an average person. Can’t wait for book 4

this was a good listen

I swear Emma is an absolute nut job hahahahaha Alyssa really makes that character shine. I had a spit take while driving and was laughing uncontrollably in traffic.

Your killing me

mc is cursed and one of his women takes on the brunt of it...and your telling me he wouldn't be consumed by finding out everything about curses..like I don't know how they are given( by touch etc) he wouldn't start replaying all the weird things that happened in past few days like i dont know touching a book the gave you a charge that a "bloodwrath" had...hint hint that should be priority number 1....otherwise another great book in the series

Great storyline and characters

I’ve listened to this series 3 times and each time is has been so good. I can’t wait to listen to the 4th book.

The protagonist becomes a masive pushover And the plot just becomes a mess with little resolution.
Wait for a sale or just save your money

The has gone downhill in this one. From confident to cocky simp. it's a struggle to listen to.

In this book he complained a lot, simped heavily after his teacher and was a complete moron walking around with cocky blinders on. genuinely ruining the enjoyment of the book.

DND. off the rails.

the series started out well, and I do enjoy most of the characters, but the bad teacher trope is so unbelievable and downright silly in this book. MC becomes a household name by doing things noone else can do, but there is still a teacher who thinks he isn't working hard enough? it's just pointless drama and requires otherwise smart characters to act stupid to make that plot point work, and that just kills the story.
