Great for falling asleep
I don’t usually go for the hypnosis stuff. This was good. It’s more of a guided meditation that relaxes you. It’s great of you remember the techniques she guides you through or if you listen to it every night and let the narrator guide you to sleep with her soothing voice.

This works
I’ve tried a lot of things for my insomnia, but this audiobook has been really helped. The voice is incredibly calming, and the guided sessions help calm my mind. I usually don’t even make it halfway through before I’m in dream land. It’s relaxing, grounding, and effective. Highly recommend for anyone who struggles to fall asleep or stay asleep.

Soothing and calming.

An all natural sleep aid
Who needs sleeping pills or melatonin when you can listen to this? The audiobook puts you right into the proper mindset for sleep mode, and is a great addition to your nightly routine. Highly recommended and I'm looking forward to more from this creator.

Finally a good night's rest!!

Very soothing
I sometimes have nighttime or early morning anxiety. This audiobook is a great resource to help me calm myself and get back to sleep. The narrator has a calm voice and the ambient music is very soothing. I set the sleep timer on my phone and I’m usually asleep before it even shuts off. I highly recommend this relaxing audiobook for anyone that needs help falling asleep.

Relaxing and Easy to Fall Asleep To!
I’ve been using this audiobook for a few nights now, and it’s made falling asleep a lot easier. The voice is gentle, the background music is soothing, and the pacing is just right. I usually have trouble winding down at night, but this helps me relax without trying too hard. It’s a nice addition to my bedtime routine.

This was my solution to lack of sleep
For the better part of two years, work-related stress has made falling asleep a nightly issue. I’ve tried countless methods from YouTube meditations to sleep apps, and nothing truly worked. My mind would race, my body couldn’t relax, I’d wake up feeling more exhausted than when I went to bed and on top of that when I did get sleep it was usually junk sleep.
