Love it!

Werwolves, werbears, leprechauns, pixies and other things I’ve never heard of. This book was more intriguing than the first one. Nora is expanding her necromancy powers and I love it.

The very likable characters

It was funny one of my favorite characters was Grim I would so like to hang out with these people in strange little town

Finally!

This voice artist was fantastic! I have listened to too many books where the artists narrating have not been able to read and break for breaths at the correct times. Or they have horrific, distracting accents. Or sadly, both. This story was delightful as well. I will be listening to more of this author's books!

Better than the first book

Not bad. Definite improvement on the first book imo. Didn't think I'd read past this point (actually didn't think I'd make it to the end of the second book) but now I'm thinking to check out the next 1

Although, this may be a reflection on my current life events - just don't have time to get involved in a long, complex book right now

Fantastic Series! All 13 books.

I absolutely loved this series. I loved the characters, the plots the settings, the mystery and the villains. I was so hooked, I could not put the series down. I listened to them back to back.

Characters:
There is not one that I loved more than the others. Nora was a great friend and a wonderfully admitted dunce 5th Wind witch. She needed all of her friends to help her navigate her new life and it was fun to listen to.

Romantic triangle:
Nora and Tanner Vs Nora and Donavan. I have to say Nova Nelson got me on this triangle. I enjoyed N&T, but when she introduced N&D… I was team Donavan all the way.

Plots:
Each book was so good and stood well in their own. They were cohesive. I really liked that Nelson connected them all with little cliffhangers. That was such a great temptation to keep going to the next book. Smart!

I liked the narrator, but I will
Say the most of the male voices were the same. Only Death and a couple others were markedly different. However, it was not so bad that it was a turn off . It was just noticeable.

Highly recommend this series.

Another great story. Truly love the characters. So looking forward to book 3, starting now!

enjoyable

I have been enjoying this books. I listen to them while at work and it makes the day go faster. I like a cozy book every now and again. the performance is very good as well.

Short and sweet

These are short and fast paced. Nora is learning more about her powers and solving the death of a wealthy werewolf even as she tries to figure out her relationship with Tanner.

Very enjoyable!

I like easy listening with very little gore and violence so this book is right up my alley!

Worth a read/listening to.

I really enjoyed this story overall. The only thing I had trouble with was her judgment. With emotional decisions regarding herself, her confidence debating with herself is to a point I wish I could shake her.
I must say that I am going to go and find the next book.
I loved the characters, and the narrator is great.
